When it comes to our relationship with distributors, it mostly comes down to one thing. We provide the installation service that most window and door suppliers do not want to be involved with. Whilst doing this, we aim to upkeep the good rapport that you have with your client by essentially being the face of your company at the final stages of a contract. Although in most cases we are just a ‘recommended installer’, we will always treat each job that we take out as if we are working for you. In these situations, you are our client as much as the end client themselves… and we aim to impress both of you equally.

Alternatively, you may have your own fitting team and the busy months may mean you need the extra labour there ready. In this instance, we really are working on your behalf and so a presentable, punctual, friendly approach is standard practice. With a fleet of non-sign-written vans and non-branded PPE, we can wear company uniform and be part of your team rather than be recognised as a sub-contractor.
